Very Good
The location is great, just a minute to the station, to the river and a few more minutes into the city center.
My room was located next to some big outside air conditioning unit that was quite noisy even with closed windows. This is probably however not a problem to any other room.

Cheap and convenient, just not amazing
Cheap. Close to station and the shops in the station area. Checkin process is partially automated, just the payment part but it’s a sign of progress.
Room was poorly laid out, with ineffective use of available space. Tiny desk which has to be rolled from over the refrigerator to be used. Can easily imagine how the room could be rearranged to fit more stuff in while not losing any walking space.

Perfect for solo traveler who wants to go around Tohoku Region
Very near the station and have convenient stores nearby. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Amenities are good, too.
